Honey Prawns

Ingredients:
Truffle or Olive Oil
Fresh Tiger Prawns – uncooked
Honey
Spanish Almonds
Sea-Salt
Cilantro
Fine Herbs

Preparation:
Heat oil in pan, add prawns turning as they cook. When they become opaque and orange in color coat them with a good layer of honey. Add almonds. Turn shrimp and cover for 1-2 min. Remove from heat and season with sea-salt, fine herbs and fresh cilantro. Sauce makes great bread dipping.
