BACK TO SCHOOL
I really enjoy this time of year! It’s always a bit hectic with school supply shopping and new schedules, but I look forward to the transition from summer’s freedom back to the structure of the school year. Don’t get me wrong... I love summer! But, staying up until 11pm every night watching movies or roasting marshmallows doesn’t do me any favors the following work day. Back to school for my kids means learning, experiencing new things and growing...but also being with friends and meeting new people. One thing I look forward to every September is attending the Annual Spear Education Summit Meeting! My involvement with this organization started in 2009 and in a way... attending the Annual Meeting is analogous to “back to school” for my kids... Continue
